# Qualifikationen verwalten

### Qualifikationen erstellen

1. Navigiere zur Seite "Einstellungen" und wähle den Bereich "Qualifikationen".
2. Klicke oben rechts auf "Hinzufügen", um das Popup zu öffnen.
3. Gib eine Bezeichnung ein.
4. Wähle aus, für welche Qualifikationen, Mitarbeiter mit dieser Qualifikation, Leistungen erbringen können.
5. Wenn du fertig bist mit deinen Änderungen, klicke auf "Speichern", um deine Änderungen zu speichern.

### Qualifikationen hinterlegen

1. Navigiere zur Seite "Organisation", wähle den Bereich "Mitarbeiter" und den Tab "Start".
2. Wähle in der Navigationsspalte den Mitarbeiter aus, dessen Qualifikationen du bearbeiten möchtest.
3. Klicke in der Qualifikations-Kachel auf "Bearbeiten".
4. Klicke in der Qualifikations-Tabelle auf "Hinzufügen".
5. Wähle eine Qualifikation, einen Gültigkeitszeitraum und gib an, ob es sich bei dieser Qualifikation um die Hauptqualifikation des ausgewählten Mitarbeiters handelt.
6. Nachdem eine Qualifikation übernommen wurde, die als Hauptqualifikation vermerkt ist, wird der Name der Qualifikation automatisch als Berufsbezeichnung übernommen. Um diese ggf. zu ändern, klicke in das Feld "Berufsbezeichnung" und gib eine neue Bezeichnung ein.
7. Wenn du fertig bist mit deinen Änderungen, klicke auf "Speichern", um deine Änderungen zu speichern.
