# Fahrtkostengruppen

Die Fahrtkostengruppen in Acodia Care dienen dazu, bei einem Klienten anzugeben, ob ein räumlicher Zusammenhang zu einem oder mehreren anderen Klienten besteht.

### Fahrtkostengruppe erstellen

1. Navigiere zur Seite "Einstellungen" und wähle "Fahrtkostengruppen" links in der Navigationsleiste. 
2. Klicke anschließend auf "Hinzufügen" oben rechts, um eine neue Gruppe hinzuzufügen. 
3. Anschließend öffnet sich ein Popup zur Erstellung der Gruppe. Gib in dem Popup einen Standort, eine Bezeichnung und ein Kürzel ein, mit dem die Gruppe angezeigt werden soll.
4. Zusätzlich kannst du die Farbe des Gruppen-Icons ändern und eine Notiz hinzufügen.
5. Klicke auf "Speichern", um deine Änderungen zu speichern.

Der Standort der Fahrtkostengruppe kann nach dem Speichern nicht mehr geändert werden.

### Klienten zur Fahrtkostengruppe hinzufügen

1. Nachdem du eine Fahrtkostengruppe erstellt hast, kannst du auf der Seite "Klienten" einen Klienten auswählen, den du hinzufügen möchtest.
2. Wähle den Tab "Leistungsplan" und klicke auf "Bearbeiten".
3. Klicke in der Stammdaten-Kachel auf die Checkbox "Fahrtkostengruppe verwenden".
4. Daraufhin erscheint unter der Checkbox ein Eingabefeld, in dem du nach der gewünschten Gruppe suchen kannst.
5. Wenn du die gewünschte Gruppe ausgewählt hast, klicke oben rechts auf "Speichern", um deine Änderungen zu speichern.
