# Neuen Dienstplan anlegen

1. Navigiere zur Seite "Organisation" und wähle den Bereich "Dienstplan".
2. Klicke oben rechts in der Navigationsspalte auf "Hinzufügen", um das Popup zu öffnen.
3. Gib eine Bezeichnung für den Dienstplan ein und wähle einen Gültigkeitszeitraum.

Der Planungszeitraum kann nach dem Speichern nicht mehr geändert werden.

4. Wähle aus, welche Mitarbeiter dem Dienstplan zugeordnet werden sollen.

Wenn du mehrere Organisationseinheiten verwendest, werden dir nur Mitarbeiter aus der ausgewählten OE[^1] angezeigt. Wähle im OE[^1]-Menü die Check-Box "OE-übergreifendes Arbeiten", um alle Mitarbeiter anzuzeigen.

5. Klicke auf "Speichern", um den Dienstplan zu erstellen.
