# Leistungsnachweis erstellen

1. Navigiere zur Seite "Klienten", wähle den Klienten, dessen Leistungsnachweis du erstellen möchtest und den Tab  "Leistungsnachweis".
2. Klicke auf "LNW erstellen", um einen neuen Leistungsnachweis anzulegen.
3. Gib eine Bezeichnung ein und wähle eine Versorgungsart.
4. Klicke auf "Speichern", um den Leistungsnachweis zu erstellen.
5. Eingeplante Leistungen aus dem Leistungsplan oder Verordnungen eines Klienten, werden automatisch im Leistungsnachweis mit einem eigenen Eintrag angezeigt.
6. Durchgeführte Leistungen (in iOS und Android App) werden ebenfalls automatisch in den Leistungsnachweis übernommen.
