## Patientenverfügung hochladen

1. Klicke im Interaktionsbereich auf "Erstellen / Hochladen" und wähle "Patientenverfügung", um das Popup zu öffnen.
2. Klicke auf die Fläche "Datei wählen" und wähle die gewünschte Datei aus.
3. Klicke auf "Hochladen", um das gewählte Dokument hochzuladen und zu speichern.
