# Abwesenheit beantragen

Öffne das Menü, indem du entweder oben links auf das Menü-Icon tippst, oder indem du vom linken Bildschirmrand nach rechts wischt.

#### Möglichkeit 1

Wähle im Menü "Dienstplan" und tippe im Bereich "Dienstplan" auf den Tag, an dem du eine Abwesenheit erstellen möchtest. Es wird ein Popup geöffnet in dem du eine Aktion wählen kannst. Wähle "Abwesenheit beantragen"

#### Möglichkeit 2

Wähle im Menü "Dienstplan" und anschließend den Tab "Dienstplan". Tippe im Bereich "Abwesenheiten" auf "Beantragen".

Das Menü lässt sich jederzeit öffnen, indem du vom linken Bildschirmrand nach rechts wischt, unabhängig davon auf welcher Seite du dich befindest.

Gib im Feld "Dauer" an, ob es sich um einen Zeitraum an einem Tag handelt, eine ganztägige Abwesenheit oder eine mehrtägige Abwesenheit. Dementsprechend kannst du danach einen Zeitraum oder ein Datum für die Abwesenheit wählen. Wähle eine Art der Abwesenheit und gib ggf. eine Notiz dazu ein. Tippe auf Speichern um die Abwesenheit zu beantragen. Die Abwesenheits-Anfrage wird der Schichtleitung angezeigt und kann bestätigt oder abgelehnt werden.
